Welcome!

This is a place for the “feel-ers”… the optimists in midst of mayhem…the beautifully sensitive souls that need a space to re-calibrate and recenter amongst an over-stimulating and sometimes overwhelming thing called existence. A place to know that there is a light at the end of the tunnel…in whatever tunnel you may find yourself in.

This isn’t a place to feel like there is anything lacking in you and outside of you, but a haven to nurture the magic that is brought out when you live in alignment to your heart’s needs…by tilling through your thoughts, letting nature do her thing, pausing, growing peace and recognizing the ever-present beauty in all the stages in between.

Created out of my own darkness, rainstorms, rainbows and clear skies…you’ll find meditations to quiet the mind, thoughts and musings on nature and her lessons, and up-cycled goodies to adorn yourself and your outdoor (or indoor) sanctuary.
