The Heart Tending Sangha is a space to be brought together in camaraderie…because the path towards living a more mindful, peaceful life need not be taken alone. Secular, and focused around a mindfulness practice, we understand that life is non-linear, out of our control and deeply mysterious. It’s a community for those seeking equanimity and acceptance of what is. Those dedicated to tending to their heart’s needs by pausing to listen and all seeking a safe space to explore openness to the beauty that comes from a diverse and varied journey.

The Sangha is FREE FOR ALL and held the last Sunday of each month at 10am CT. via ZOOM
