ABOUT ME

First and foremost, I’m human…magnificently flawed, riddled with hope and constantly a student of life. A seeker, storyteller and empowerer.

Secondly, I’m a mother. Navigating the river of solo-rearing, that is ever-changing, soul reflecting and full of surprises that splash in the most spectacular, tear-inducing and exhausting of ways.

I founded a National non-profit in 2007 after the sudden death of my late-husband, and it shifted the whole trajectory of my journey. It pushed me to reconsider all that I thought I knew, and led me to pursuing the spiritual path I am on today.

I’ve traveled the world over, saturated myself in ceremonies from spectacular cultures, meditated with monks in Nepal, walked on fire…but found that no healing space compares to our minds and own backyards.

That’s why I’m here.

To share the tools that I’ve found to be accessible no matter where you are (in life or location).

I’ve spent my adult life trying to offer others the hope and guidance I so dearly needed in my darkest hours and this is an extension of that life mission.

A place to see and share vulnerabilities, to quiet the mind, to learn about the magic that comes from digging deep (in the garden and mind).

So look around. Reach out if your heart calls you too.
