Cacao Crazy

Okay...are you ready?!

Pen and paper...or please...printer, out?

I'll save you the long story about this tea and just say I LOVE chocolate and this has been what's stopped me from raiding Willy Wonka's factory.

Okay, a small story. After doing my first Cacao ceremony in the Redwoods 8 years ago, I was a huge believer in the power of Theobromine! I also try to minimize my caffeine intake and this gives me a happy boost! Anti-climatic three sentence story? Yes….but we’re here for the tea so chest la vie!

As the tea makers also describe in a bit more detail

This sweet, caffeine-free tea is entirely made up of robust, organic cacao shells. Although there is no caffeine in this blend, both chocolate and cacao contain a minor natural stimulant called theobromine which may share similar effects as caffeine. Cacao shells are filled with nutrients such as antioxidants, amino acids, iron, magnesium, and zinc. Once brewed, this smooth tea exhibits a sweet, chocolatey flavor profile that is reminiscent of a rich candy bar that is made out of dark chocolate. Davidson's Organics offers an incredibly tasty tea that perks up its drinker and satisfies their palate.

So with no further ado...
